1. All-girls Dorm with Outdoor Bath: Hot Springs

We see Keitaro fantasizing about getting into Tokyo U and gets a letter from his grandmother to go to the Hinata Inn and there he is ambushed by its all-female residents.

2. The Hinata's New Resident, Shinobu: Arrow Signs

Shinobu Maehara is a girl going through tough times with the divorce of her parents. She runs into Keitaro, but he runs off moments later. When she goes through it, she finds here are skeches of her in it and eventually goes to Hinata Inn to return it. Su recognizes her from school because Shinobu is usually alone. Su says they can be friends but Shinobu runs off crying. Keitaro throughs a good-bye party for her the night she's suppose to move from Hinata and because they see that she doesn't want to leave the area so badly, they permit her to live at the Hinata Inn and finish up school.

3. Kendo Girl in Love?: Swordplay

After practicing her kendo skills, Motoka Aoyama reurned to Hinata Inn to find out that Keitaro is the new manager of the dorms, which almost resulted in his death. ^^;

4. The Tokyo U Promise from 15 Years Ago: Diary

One afternoon, Keitaro finds himself going through Naru's diary and sees something about a "a promise" she made 15 years ago that she made to someone to attend Tokyo U. He begins to think that is was her whom he made this promise to. She usually tries to avoid talking about it and apparently he promise was made to her tutor Seta.

5. Wow. A Trip to Kyoto! Exciting

Keitaro and Naru are both embarrassed about failing the entrance exams into Tokyo U and decide to go off on a trip to Kyoto. They both unknowingly meet up on the same train (they weren't wearing their glasses so they couldn't tell it was Naru/Keitaro) and noticed they had a lot in common. So she wouldn't be alone, Keitaro offered to stay with her for the day and they had a wonderful day. When they reached the hotel, they had to end up staying in the same room and realized that that they've been spending the day together all along.

6. Keitaro's First Kiss is with...? Journey

Keitaro and Naru meet the very clumsy Mutsumi, which happens to be the girl Keitaro ran into after the exam. Keitaro offers to accompany Mutsumi to her home in Okinawa and Naru decides to follow along after they get lost several times.

7. First Date. Keitaro's True Feelings: Nowadays

The tenants of the Hinata Inn except Naru are surrounding Keitaro as he's wearing Su's latest creation, Virtual-Kun which allows you to see a person's desires. Kentaro, a classmate of Naru's, shows Keitaro how he would treat Naru in a date and the two end up competiting for her affection.

8. Kendo Girl and the Legend of the Dragon Palace: Is This A Dream

Motoko has taken a liking to an old video game Keitaro got named Legend of the Dragon Palace.

9. The Case of the Missing Hinata Apartment Money: A Mystery

The day the monthly rent is due for Hinata Inn, it vanishes from Keitaro's keeping. Kitsune and Su feel it is their duty to find the theif.

10. Who Is the Beautiful Women Wandering in the Moonlight? Transformation

It is the night of the red and as Keitaro is outside, he sees a girl on the roof that resembles Su, but older. Naru and Keitaro try to find out what's going on.

11. The Idol Shooting for Tokyo U is a Prep School Student: Sing

Naru wins the talent contest at the Hinata Inn and her agent is keepning her extremely busy. Keitaro worries if she'll be able to be an idol and study to get into Tokyo U.

12. Changing After the Wedding? Swordmaster Motoko's Sunday Best: Feminine

No one would've guessed that the toughest girl in the house is afraid of turtles! When Tama-chan falls in Motoko's laundry, she freaks out and asks everyone if she can borrow their clothes, but is unable to summon her ki and at the most time too!

13. The First Kiss Tastes Like Lemon? Marshmallow? Grown-up

Shinobu starts to worry who her first kiss will be with and who it'll be with (even though she's hoping it'll be Keitaro).

14. Naru's Crush Is Now a Tokyo U Professor: Turning Into Love?

From all their constant partying, the Hinata residents need to come up with 67,000 yen in three days to pay for utilities. They all end up obtaining jobs at Tokyo U and without knowing it, Keitaro lands a job with Naru's crush Seta.

15. I Love You!? Romantic Confession Inside a Cave: Tall Tale

Seta is an archaeologist and doesn't like to bring Sara (his adopted daughter) with him all the time as he's working, so he leaves her with Keitaro (who he refers to as the "part-timer"). But when Sara meets Su, they find out a secret about Hinata Inn.

16. Monkey Performance at the Seaside Teahouse Hinata: A Kiss?

Every summer, Haruka opens up the tea house by the beach to get more money for Hinata Inn. As tradition, the residents put on a play to draw customers, but Su goes overboard with the effects and destroys the main building. Seta comes with an alternative solution though.

17. Mesmerized by Naru on the Haunted Island! Something's Fishy!
Keitaro's two friends Shirai and Haitani try to interfere and help Keitaro get with Naru. Naru ends up getting possessed by a ghost from the boatride and Motoko and Keitaro try with all their might to get their goof friend Naru back.

18. Girls Dressed in Yukata for the Summer Festival: Let's!

Summer break is coming to an end and the tenants decide to attend the Summer festival, dressed in traditional kimonos. Kitsune is still trying to keep Naru and Seta from each other because she says it's to give Keitaro his chance to be with Naru, but her antics are questionable.

19. Marry into Money? A Prince from Across the Sea: Warm

There's a mysterious man in Hina that resembles Keitaro a great deal, but later we find out it's Su's "brother" from her home country. He came to marry Su but she doesn't want to because she doesn't think she's mature yet.

20. A Sepia-colored Promise with a Sleeping Girl: A Trick?

Keitaro finds a doll that can move on its own and it seems he is the only one who can hear it talk. As a promise his great grandfather made to the doll to repair its legs, Keitaro couldn't pass up the chance to do so.

21. Jealous Outburst? Two Lovebirds on a Boat: Tremble

Keitaro gets a B on his latest mock exam and Naru decides they should go out and celebrate for their good grades but are being stalked by a little girl along the way.

22. Little Sister Mei's Devious Plan: It Can't Be!

The little girls turns out to by Naru's little stepsister and is asking Naru to return home. Her plan to do so is to hook up Keitaro and Mutsumi to get Naru jealous.

23. Naru Narusegawa - Her Wavering Heart and Keitaro: Crushed

Naru finds out something that may possibly ruin all her chances with Keitaro and his grandmother has turned up at Hinata Inn to take it over from Keitaro. While everyone is home while the Inn is getting a revamp, Keitaro wonders is he should return to Hinata Inn since his dream of getting into Tokyo U seem impossible.
