So, you want to be The Higurashi Shrine's Site of the Month huh? Well, first you have to follow these simple rules!^^
1. No porn/hentai/yaoi/etc sites!
2. Does it have to be Inuyasha related? No, but I would rather it.
3. Only the owner can submit an application
4. If you didn't win, you can try again the next month. BUT if you did win, you'll have to wait at a minimum of 3 months. Let someone else have a try. Chances are that
you're site will keep winning.
5. There can only be a minimum of 4 nominees. After the firt eight are in, the application is closed until the next month.
