2. Have effort in your site, I won't accept anything that was put together in a day and has no content.
3. NO STOLEN CONTENT! Do your own work, don't steal off of other sites and say it's yours. Besides if you steal, I'll know, I've been to many Inuyasha websites.
4. The entire purpose to link exchange is to advertise your site and I won't allow "bad" sites to advertise on here because in a sense it brings down the quality of my site. (especially if your site is listed in a search engine) You don't even have to have a spectacular layout, as long as it's not cluttered with animated .gif, has good content, and doesn't take years to load, then you will be added. :]

Reasons why you might be rejected:
-New Site: Your site may be too new and you don't have a lot of content.
-Stolen Information: The information on your site isn't yours. I go to many Inuyasha sites, so I can remember if I read that same exact info before. Plus MANY people steal things from inuyashaworld.com, which is a site I used to go to everyday.
-Not enough visitors: I know I said hits don't count, which it doesn't, but affiliation is advertising, and it wouldn't do much to advertise this site on a place that gets like 6 people a day.
-You didn't follow the rules above.
